Specifications, colors, packing units, certifications and origins shown on the website may change without notice. Orders are governed by the quotation or written confirmation from the Company.

Posting an inquiry does not form a sales contract. Price, delivery, payment, warranty and other terms become binding only through a quotation issued by the Company or a separate written agreement.

Posts on the inquiry board are private and visible only to the author and Company staff. Posts that breach Article 4 may be deleted without notice.

All content on the website — text, photos, videos, catalogs and the Allpum (올품) trademark — belongs to the Company or its rightful owners and may not be copied, distributed or modified without prior consent.
Article 7 Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable when the website cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters or network failure, nor for decisions made solely on website information unless confirmed in writing by the Company.
